I am a qualified youth worker and a CORU registered Social Care Worker, with over two decades of experience supporting young people in a variety of settings.

Youth Healing Circles offer a safe and supportive space where young people can come together to connect, express themselves, and feel heard.
These circles are gently guided and adapted to suit the needs of the group, creating an environment where each young person can participate at their own pace.
What Happens
Through a combination of breathwork, grounding practices, open conversation, and creative expression, young people are supported to explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and develop healthy ways of coping.
