What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a gentle, meditative practice that uses instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and vibration to support deep relaxation.

The sound works on a cellular level, helping to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body into a state of harmony and balance.

What to Expect

You will be invited to lie down comfortably, wrapped in warmth and stillness.

There is nothing you need to do — simply rest and receive.

Each session closes gently, allowing time to return slowly and integrate the experience.
